デリダによる講義要旨「本セミナーは、前年に「友愛のポリティックス」というタイトルのもとで開始された研究を継続する。昨年は、性差、平等、友愛、そしてとくに喪（友の死の経験）といった問いに重点が置かれた。この論点はさらに展開されて、いくつかの文献を通じて、カニバリズム的な経験や「記憶」において、文字通りの意味で、あるいは比喩的に、他者を体内化する、内在化するという経験が問われる。食人とは何か。「他者を愛する＝食べる」とは何か。修辞的次元（「比喩的に」食べる、飲むとはどういうことか）、宗教的次元（犠牲の問いや聖体拝領の問い）、人類学的次元（供犠、生のもの／火を通したもの、料理の儀礼）は、文学や哲学、そしてとりわけ精神分析を貫いている。精神分析が一般的に口唇性の問題、そして特殊的にカニバリズムの問題に与えている重要性、とくに喪の作業に与えられる重要性は指摘する必要もないだろう。」
